AdFrame Media, Lda. (“AdFrame”, “we”, “us”) cares about your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the AdFrame application.

We collect information you give us directly - your name, email, company and anything you add when you create an account or contact us. We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the product, plus the brand assets and designs you upload to make ads.

- To provide the AdFrame service and the ads you create with it.

Your content
The brand assets and designs you upload remain yours. We process them only to provide the service to you - to render, store and export your ads. We do not sell your personal information or your creative.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run AdFrame (such as hosting, payments and analytics), or where required by law. All providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Portuguese law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@adframe.media. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no internet transmission is completely secure.
